Philip is the Cabinet Member for Adult and Community Services. Councillor Gretton's ward is Redditch West and he has been a member of the County Council since May 2001.

Ruby is also co-chair of the Health Sub-Group alongside Kate Robinson.
She is also an Expert Member, and is the Administrator for the Regional Forum.
